Last updated: July 11, 2026

1. Provider

These Terms of Use are issued by Viktoriia Pavlova, Rua de Goa 1, 4700 Braga, Portugal — email hello@viktoriiapavlova.com ("we", "us"). See our Legal Notice for full imprint details.

2. Acceptance

By installing or using Daily Christian Affirmations (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal devotional and inspirational purposes.

4. Free downloads & digital content

Printable scripture posters are provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. Because these are free digital downloads delivered immediately upon request, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU does not apply once delivery has begun (see Art. 16(m)). Donations are voluntary and non-refundable.

5. Scripture & intellectual property

Bible translations are used in accordance with each translation's permitted-use guidelines. Affirmations, designs, and accompanying imagery are © Daily Christian Affirmations / Viktoriia Pavlova and may not be redistributed or resold without written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, redistribute, or use the Service unlawfully or in a way that infringes third-party rights.

7. Statutory warranty & liability

Consumer rights under mandatory EU law (including the legal warranty of conformity for digital content under Directive (EU) 2019/770) remain unaffected by these Terms. Beyond that, the Service is provided "as is". We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for personal injury, and where mandatory law otherwise requires. Liability for slight negligence is limited to foreseeable, typical damages.

8. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence in the EU. The courts of Braga, Portugal shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer forum.

9. Online dispute resolution

The EU Commission's ODR platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
